In my own experience, designating a sacred corner in your home can transform your morning rituals into a spiritual experience. This space might include candles, crystals, flowers, oracle cards, or meaningful symbols of femininity. My personal altar have all these elements.
Each morning, I advise you to return to this space, even briefly. Lighting a candle signals to your nervous system that you are entering a moment of reverence and connection.
